Quosal has created a seamless, smooth integration with QuickBooks that allows you to post your completed quotes and proposals directly, or in prepared batches. We support both QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Premium, using the excellent programming interfaces provided by Intuit.

The integration with Quosal and Quickbooks saves your company a great deal of time and resources. The many features included with the integration make Quosal a perfect tool for your sales and accounting team. Quosal automatically creates new customer accounts, inventory products, non-inventory products, and tax codes in QuickBooks. It allows for “section-based” posting to QuickBooks, and automatic document evaluation for readiness. You can post quotes and proposal documents individually or in batches to QuickBooks, and also post as estimates, invoices, or sales orders. In Quosal control numbers are stored for audit ability and voided documents can be easily reposted as necessary.
